Hey everyone, before you shoot off a message expressing interest in Snooks Eatery handling catering for your event, I want to be perfectly transparent about my approach to catering. If you’re looking for someone to just grab a few bags of chicken, frozen beef patties and cheap hot dogs for your family reunion, Snooks Eatery is probably not the caterer for you. I chose to start Snooks Eatery because I find eating to be an experience. I am very prideful about the food I create, so much so that I begin brining meat over 72 hours in advance of events. I love fresh ingredients and I use them in the prep process. How your food is presented is important to me and I make a conscious effort to put thought into preparing the food for your event. There are plenty of caterers you can ask to feed 200 people and they’ll follow your directions, take your money and you might even find the process to have been a great experience, but when you choose me, you’re choosing a weirdo who loves to pair wines with pasta, who rather make bread at 4 AM for dinner that night than buy it from the store… you’re choosing an artist. There are tons of really dope caterers, but when you choose me… when you choose Snooks Eatery, you’re choosing an experience. Keep that in mind when you send over a request because even being new to the industry, I don’t haggle on prices.
